Returning an item if it is unwanted
- You can return the goods within 30 days of receiving the shipment.
- The goods must be unused and in their original packaging .
- Initial shipping costs are non-refundable .
- The buyer pays the shipping costs for returning the product.
Return of product due to defect
If your item is damaged, arrives defective or you have received the wrong order, please contact us within 48 hours . We will arrange a replacement or refund. In such cases, we will also refund your original shipping and handling charges.

- Attach the return form and enter the code that best explains the reason for your return.
- Place the return form together with the item(s) in the appropriate bag/box.
