Order

  • After selecting the desired items, you will see them on the Shopping Cart page.
  • To complete your order and proceed to checkout, you will need to create an account.
  • Shipping costs will be added to your order based on the shipping address you provided.
  • You will be redirected to a secure payment method:
    • Bank account linking – allows customers to link their bank account to the mobile app or website and pay directly through the bank.
    • Credit/debit cards – Visa and MasterCard are accepted.
  • After placing your order, you will receive an order confirmation via email. We will also send you a tracking number when your order has been shipped.

Payment

We accept Visa , MasterCard , or bank account linking payments (allowing customers to link a bank account and pay directly through the bank).

After placing your order, you will receive an order confirmation via email.

Delivery

Art supply undertakes to ship all ordered goods within 3 business days of receiving payment.

Please note that all items are made to order . If you require urgent delivery, please contact our customer service team by email at info@art24.lt and we will find a suitable solution.

Delivery is via DHL , TNT , FedEx or DPD . All shipments are shipped from Lithuania .

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.

  • Lithuania: 2–3 business days
  • European Union: 3-6 business days

The delivery times indicated above are preliminary and are calculated from the date of shipment.

Please note that the stated delivery includes all taxes, customs and import duties within the European Union. All orders are shipped DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) .
