Ordering

  • After choosing the items of your preference, you’ll find them displayed on the Shopping Bag page.
  • To complete your order and proceed with checkout, you will be asked to create an account.
  • Shipping costs will be added to your order based on the delivery address you provide.
  • You will be redirected to a secure payment method:
    • Bank account linking – allows clients to link their bank account to a mobile app or website and pay directly through their bank.
    • Credit / Debit cards – Visa and MasterCard accepted.
  • You will receive an order confirmation by email after placing your order. We will also send you a tracking number once your order is dispatched.

Payment

We accept Visa, MasterCard, or bank account linking payments (which allow clients to link their bank account and pay directly through their bank).

Shipping

Art supply agrees to ship all ordered goods within 3 business days after payment has been received.

Please note that all items are made to order especially for you. If you need your order urgently, please contact our customer service at info@art24.lt, and we will find a suitable solution.

Delivery is made by DHL, TNT, FedEx, or DPD. All parcels are shipped from Lithuania.

Once shipped, you will receive an email containing your tracking number.

  • Lithuania: 2–3 working days
  • European Union: 3–6 working days

The estimated delivery times above are provided as a guide and commence from the date of dispatch.

Please note that shipping as stated above includes all taxes, duties, and import fees within European Union countries. All orders are shipped DDP (Delivered Duty Paid).
